Labour Relations & Project Management Officer

We are seeking a Human Resources Labour Relations & Project Management Officer to oversee the day-to-day management of the relationship between Open Society and its employee representatives in Berlin. This role will in addition be responsible for designing and executing HR projects in collaboration with key stakeholders.

The Open Society Foundations (OSF) work to build vibrant and inclusive democracies whose governments are accountable and open to the participation of all people. We are active in more than 120 countries, making us the world’s largest private funder of independent groups working for justice, democratic governance, and human rights.

The Human Resources (HR) team, comprised of 60+ members, sits in our Berlin, London, New York and Washington D.C. offices but supports OSF staff across the global network of foundations, in over 40 countries. The team is comprised of generalists spanning the North America, Latin America, Europe, Eurasia, Middle East, Africa, South West Asia, and Asia Pacific regions, as well as HR specialists comprised of Talent Development, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Compensation & Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, and Recruitment.
